We kindly invite you to our Villa situated in one of the most beautiful regions of Kudowa Zdrój, with the view of Góra Parkowa. Just behind the hotel there is a spruce forest spreading around with many walking and bicycle paths. Another advantage is the nearness of town centre (300m) as well as a near-by (150m) Aqua park "Water World" with an open-air swimming pool and tennis courts.

In our Villa there are 72 beds in comfortably and smartly furnished single, double and three-bed rooms, suites and family studios. All of them are of a high standard, with a bathroom and satellite TV; in most of them there is a balcony. Some of them also have fridges and hairdryiers. Some rooms are adjusted for the disabled.
In addition, we also have a conference hall for 50 persons, a Restaurant, massage rooms (manual and water massage), a sauna, a garden with an arbour in which barbecue parties are organized and a big, closed car park, free for the guests. We greatly recommend our delicious cuisine with a possibility of full board. We also organize tours around Kłodzko Valley and to the Czech Republic (Stone City).
